Welcoming staff took us to a well-decorated room. Comfy beds for bad backs. Great location and quiet. Room had everything needed plus extras like brownies and Port. Definitely coming back.

On arrival I was told there was a mix up and I was moved to another hotel with a completely different atmosphere, which I had not booked. It was not high season and the staff at City Gate were far too casual about it. I booked well in advance and this was a hige disappointment, also that Booked.net finds this acceptable. Not trustworthy anymore.
